Information Gathering, Usage, and Disclosure
To allow us to operate the Appointment Booking Platform and the Services provided on it effectively and allow you to use it, we may need to collect your personally identifiable information, information about the Platform Services or your need for the said Services, and any information exchanged between you and your Service Provider/Psychiatrist/Psychologist/Doctor/Therapist/Counselor etc. (collectively the “Information”). Some of the information you provide to us may be considered health-related data in some cases. You may choose which Information, if any, to share with us, but some Platform functions and/or Services may be unavailable to you unless you provide us with the required information. By providing the information, you agree to our collection and use methods, as well as the other terms and provisions of this Privacy Policy.
We place a high value on the security of this information. We will never sell or rent any of the information you provided on the Booking Platform. We will never use or disclose any information other than in the limited ways specified in this Privacy Policy unless you specifically and explicitly request or authorize us to do so.
We do not maintain any electronic or physical record of the interactions between the User(s) and the Service Providers, and the same is expected of the User(s). Any recording of the interaction (physical or digital) by the User will be considered unauthorized and a violation of conduct is subject to legal action by CBS.

We, like many other platforms, use “cookies” to collect information. A “cookie” is a small data file that is transferred to your computer’s hard disc for record-keeping purposes. While there are inherent security risks in using any Internet-based service that cannot be completely avoided, our systems, infrastructure, encryption technology, operation, and processes are all designed, built, and maintained with your security and privacy in mind.
Service Providers
We may hire third-party companies and individuals to help us with our Booking Platform, to perform certain Platform-related tasks, or to provide us with audit, legal, operational, or other services. Customer service, technical maintenance, monitoring, email management and communication, database management, billing and payment processing, reporting, and analytics are examples of these tasks. We will only share with them the information that is absolutely necessary for them to complete their task for us.

CBS as an Appointment Booking Platform is solely a facilitator allowing Users to connect with the Service Providers listed herein. The service providers are independent consultants and CBS is not liable to comply with any professional or legal obligations and repercussions that might require disclosure of information to law enforcement and other authorities. All such obligations will need to be directed toward the individual service providers.
